Extreme Care Training provides a selection of professional high quality First Aid, Kayak and Water Safety courses, designed to suit the specific needs of the client.
Based in Yorkshire, Extreme Care is run by David Hepworth. Most of the organised courses take place in the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas. This is due to easy access to major motorway networks and a wide variety of sites being used. A list of quality, reasonably priced accommodation is available on request.
Further to this, training can be arranged at many other venues throughout the UK and Europe for groups of various sizes (Course dependant). We can also train you at your own venue.
Extreme Care provides quality and value courses for anyone; from instructors, teachers and industry through to youth clubs and Duke of Edinburgh candidates.
