We are a Yorkshire based company that offers practical Rescue Emergency Care (REC) first aid training and event first aid cover and water safety/rescue cover across the UK and in selected European locations, as well as our unique “Face your Fears” anxieties and phobia workshops. We provide HSE first aid training to industry and also to extreme sports specialising in mountain first aid, caving first aid, kayak and canoe first aid and other high risk activities and sports. We provide training to clubs, companies, organisations and individuals on:

- Wilderness first aid
- Face Your Fears and Phobia workshops
- Team building
Training can be arranged for any numbers of clients at a location of your choice. Recent clients include outdoor centres, schools, sports clubs, universities, colleges and Duke of Edinburgh (DoE) award, World Challenge and Rat Race staff.
